X-Ray Technician Training
Program Enrollment Information:
With schools located in Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas, this course is required for all individuals taking X-Rays. Upon completion of Performance Master’s X-Ray Training, you will be listed on the “Texas Department of State Health Services Registry”. At this time, there is no exit test required. With Performance Masters X-Ray Training, you can work in a Doctor’s Office, Family Health Care Clinic, Minor Emergency Clinic, Diagnostic Center, Imaging Center and Small Hospitals.
The requirements for individuals who take this course are that you are at least 18 years of age, have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and have no felonies. If you have had a previous felony we advise you to contact the state, at the phone number listed below, and discuss with them the details of the felony. They will advise you if your application for registration will be accepted and if there will be any additional paperwork you may need to fill out upon graduation.
The total cost of the class is $1100.00. A deposit of $550.00 will be due soon after you register to guarantee your spot in class. The deposit must be paid at least 3 weeks prior to class starting which will cover the cost of your books and one half of your tuition. The remaining balance of $550.00 will be due no later than 3 weeks prior to graduation. Checks, cash or money orders only. Make checks out to "Terry O. Riley, R. T.". Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

We are not a licensed job placement agency, therefore we cannot place you in a job. We "will" help you with your resume and point you in the right direction. We will also help get you ready to approach your new career with the knowledge you will need to interview.

Upon graduation this form will be given to each student to be filled out and turned back in to their instructor. Please "do not" mail this form into the state unless otherwise instructed. The state will need other documentation attached to this application that this school will provide.

Once a student completes this course, and the State documents all information we send them after graduation, this is the list that your name will appear on.

On this site you will be able to access any Information and Forms you will need to register with the B.M.E. once you are employed.
